Post Contract

  • Project and financially manage the works on site to ensure the programme, quality and budget are met.
  • Chair site meetings and issue minutes to all Parties.
  • Monitoring site progress and measuring against programme.
  • Quality control
  • Financial monitoring and reporting including reviewing of and instructing variations, issuing financial update reports, reviewing valuations and recommending interim payment amounts.
  • Review, negotiate and agree final account.
  • Snag the works and ensure all snags are remedied.
Sign off the works and issue a Practical Completion Certificate.
